Disclaimer: As a Disney partner I received free media tickets to visit Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival. All opinions and love of Disney are my own.
Spring has sprung at Epcot. Yep Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom and it is dripping in vibrant colors. I would say this is one of my all time favorite festivals but I would just be repeating myself as I love all the festivals. Okay truth is I love the food that comes with the festivals but who doesn’t.
With spring in full array of colors and beauty you may be wondering as a newbie what to do see first. Well I am here to help you. As some one who visits this festival several times a year I can tell you some of my favorite things to do.
5 Best Things To Do at Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival
Disney Character Topiaries
Disney’s talented team of horticulturists have created a beautiful landscape across the park. You’ll find topiaries throughout the part as well at the entrance of Epcot and World Showcase. Topiaries include life-size recreations of Disney characters like Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Bambi, Winnie the Pooh, Miss Piggy, and my favorite Beauty and the Beast, plus new this year Bo Peep.
Okay, we all know Disney has some of the best food. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I am always a happy girl to check out the kiosks that are around the showcase. They are some of the best food and they give you just enough to enough but not too much so you can visit many. I suggest getting a gift card at one of the gift shops at the beginning of the World Showcase and put an amount on it so you can stay on budget.
Other great food options is the dessert party which is amazing plus a great way to get great seats for Illuminations which will be ending soon. But no worries Disney has a new show coming and I am so exciting.
Another great food option is the dining package for The Garden Rocks Series. We are talking good food and Music.
As mention above you can get a dinning package for The Garden Rocks Series. Every year Disney brings in many amazing artists. I even made a life long dream come true when they brought in Rick Springfield. these concerts are so good.
Plus when you see your favorite you can get a dining package which means you get delicious food and excellent seating. A win-win.

There are also themed play areas for kids to enjoy and a Tinkerbell butterfly house.
No trip to Disney would be complete without some shopping. I am in love with the new Minnie Mouse garden party merchandise. But there are so many other wonderful things to buy from garden decorations to t-shirts and mugs. It really is a wonderful array of items to choose from.
The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival runs now through June 3, 2019.
