Are you ready for more Thor?
I am raising hand excitedly. The second trailer for the third film in the Marvel series, Thor: Raganok, has debuted. It was debuted at Comic-Con Saturday after being screened at San Diego Comic-Con that day and at Disney’s D23 convention in Anaheim, California earlier this month. Like many fans, I am really excited for this film for multiple reasons.
Yes, I know Chris Hemsworth as Thor is a given but for me, it is also the whole Viking Norse Mythology. As a fan of Greek Mythology, Vikings and really anything within the whole paranormal or mythology realm I’m in.
Thor and Bruce Banner/Hulk
Who doesn’t like a good friendship? Thor and Hulk together are just priceless. Not to mention the one-liners are the best ever. Like this one “Hulk like fire, Thor like water. “
Our favorite bad guy is back and is teaming up with Thor. Talk about sibling rivalry the exchanges between these two are one of a kind.
I admit one of my favorite things about super hero movies has always been the costumes and visuals. There is something so cool about how the special effects can make people fly on a wing horse, lightning pulsing through a body and things blow up everywhere. Plus the costumes I mean, hello, Hela’s headdress alone will leave you in awe.
I mean when you have Hulk, Thor, Valkyrie, and Loki together you are guaranteed to be left in awe.
In Marvel Studios’ THOR: RAGNAROK, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first, he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk! THOR: RAGNAROK is directed by Taika Waititi and returns Chris Hemsworth starring as Thor and Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as Loki. They are joined by Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson and Karl Urban, with Mark Ruffalo and Anthony Hopkins.
Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok thunders into U.S. theaters on November 3, 2017.
