Born In China

Back in February my mother and I had the pleasure to screen Disneynature’s Born in China. As someone who loves animals and travel, I knew I would enjoy it.  Just like the Disneynature movies before it the setting was breathtaking. I always knew China would be a beautiful place but seeing it on the big screen was just beyond. The shots of the terrain and wildlife the filmmakers caught were just breathtaking.

Born In China

In this latest film, narrated by John Krasinski Disneynature’s new True Life Adventure film “Born In China” takes an epic journey into the wilds of China where few people have ever ventured. Here we meet Ya Ya and Mei Mei, the mother and daughter pandas. Tao Tao the mischievous little golden monkey who feels displaced by his baby sister. Dawa, the elusive mother snow leopard who faces the harsh reality of raising her two cubs in one of the most unforgiving environments on the planet. Plus a bundle of other animals who call China their home.

Born In China

“From this magnificent landscape are born countless lives, each of them part of a much larger story—an all-encompassing circle of life that is fueled by the love, the losses and the hopes of many different creatures.” ~ “Born in China”

Born In China

You can help the Snow leopards and the wild pandas just by seeing a movie.

When you see Disneynature’s new True Life Adventure “Born in China” during its
opening week (April 21-27, 2017) it will benefit the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Disneynature, via the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund, will make a contribution to the WWF to help protect wild pandas and snow leopards.
