Country Crock is a huge staple in my cooking. I not only love the taste but I like the ease of use. This buttery spread is a family favorite so I was so happy to see it included in my recent Twinkle Voxbox.
As a fan of this product I use it a lot in my baking. It helps me to obtain the buttery goodness I look for in cookies and cakes. I also admit I am thrilled I can usually find coupons for this product in my local newspaper and I love saving a dollar or two when shopping.
You may not know this but Country Crock is actually good for you.
Country Crock It’s About Good Fats
Country Crock contains essential fats which help support kids’ growth and development. Experts recommend that at least 2/3 of the fats we eat should be good fats. Good fats can be found in fish, nuts, seeds, avocados—and buttery spreads like Country Crock!
It also makes my no bake mini cheesecake recipe YUM-O-lious!!!
No Bake Mini Cheesecake Bites
Mix Crust Mix, margarine and sugar until well blended. Spoon evenly into 12 paper-lined medium muffin cups; press crust mixture firmly onto bottoms of cups.
Beat milk and Filling Mix with electric mixer on low-speed just until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 min. (Filling will be thick.) Spoon evenly into prepared cups.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store leftover cheesecakes in refrigerator.
