I’ve never been a big fan of pasta, but that’s changing. I think maybe what I don’t like is how it’s often swimming is tomato sauce. I made this light dish recently and liked it much better than when it’s covered in red stuff.

I’m such a big pasta lover and try to make it for dinner at least a few times a month. I love the lighter tomato recipes because I don’t need all the sauce. This recipe sounds amazing and I’m saving it to make later!
