I first time I heard about Stitch Fix it was scanningPinterest for boots. I was on a mission to find the perfect pair. Instead I got sidetracked by all the cute outfits from Stitch Fix. I knew I wanted to give it a try.
So I contacted Stitch Fix to see what I needed to do to get started. It was as easy as setting up an account and answering a few questions about yourpersonal style. Questions like what colors you like, what style of shoe you prefer and even whether you prefer casual or dressy. They you sit back and your personal stylist does the hard work of picking out the clothes and shipping them to your door.
what I got in my Stitch Fix Box
First off I got these cute Dolce Vita suede sandal that are so comfortable. I was in love at first sight.
Next came this very summery Sheldon Hi-Lo Maxi dress that’s perfect for picnics and walking the beach.
Then came the Diaz Crochet detailed top. I admit this one was not one of my favorites. I don’t really do white much and I the sleeves a bit annoying. I like my sleeves either short or long not in between. that said it was very pretty.
Up next we have this Studabaker studder strap blouse. Can I say it was love at first sight. Not only was it blue but the studs on the straps gave it a rock star feel. I was I love with this.
Last to leave the box was a pair of Sandy bootcut jeans. My stylist new she was dealing with a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal. These were perfection.
I can safely say that this Stitch Box was brilliant. But sadly I had to return everything because none of it fitted me. On the bright side if it had that blue tank and jeans would have been hanging in mama’s closet.
The whole experience was so fun and easy. I liked that I could pick and choose what I wanted to keep and what I didn’t. I also like I can give feedback to help my stylist pick the appropriate clothes. The only problem I ran into is sizing. Unfortunately I am a plus size and though they do say their 14 will fix my measurements they didn’t.
Other than a sizing issue and I have heard that plus sizes are coming in spring 2017 I will have to wait on ordering more Stitch Fix boxes.
Let’s Talk: Have you tried Stitch Fix before? Did you enjoy it and would you do it again?

This is the first I’ve heard of Stitch Fix subscription boxes, but I LOVE the designs of all of the clothes and even the sandals you received. I recently have lost quite a bit of weight and need some new clothes too!
I have read about this before, and was wondering how it all worked. Looks like you got some interesting pieces there.Sounds like a fun concept, however I am really picky so not sure it would work for me.
I’m a jeans and t-shirt gal myself but I can’t order from Stitch Fix until they expand their size range. I’m a size 14-16 (average size for most women these days). I’m a little disappointed that Stitch Fix limited their sizes right from the beginning. Most online clothing companies offer sizes up to size 16. At least the sandals are cute!
No, I haven’t! I have seen so many people getting these boxes and have been curious. I can say that I thought it was something else completely, lol. I may have to try it out now, those clothes are great!
