Good morning my friends how has your week been? Mine has been holding steady. This week went pretty well I only cheated once. yes I admit we went to Downtown Disney to the car show and I ate some not so healthy food. I know it wasn’t the wisest choice bu ti also know it’s not the end of the world.

On exercise front been I’ve been able to get out an walk once again as the weather has has finally started to clear a little. we are still getting afternoon summer storms but I at least can get out in the morning.

I am still working on not eating after 6pm so that i’m not letting calories just sit on my tummy while watching tv at night. Overall I can say this week has been hard but good. I am making slow progress.

1. Track everything I eat even if it’s one bite (fail)

  2. I have actually heard that eating a good carb with a little natural peanut butter on it for a night time snack is good for you.
