Good morning my friends and fellow healthy living family. This week on Weight Watchers filled with surprises, fun and lots of activity. Between winning a meet and greet with Kris Allen, attending a birthday party, traveling back in time to a medieval fair and the beautiful warm weather things here have been a whirl wind. The good thing about all this is that I stayed active. I walked the fair several time I logged it at about 5 miles by the time we did three rounds. I danced my booty off at the concert for 2.5 hours. Then at the birthday party I played tag, hula hooped and climbed a tree. On top of all that I’ve been able to move my bike riding outside for a few days. So on exercise front I got plenty and I did it by doing everyday fun stuff who knew you could earn activity points by just playing games.
On the food front that didn’t go as well as I would like I ate some birthday cake with ice cream and at the fair I gave in and ate a funnel cake even though i had bonus points I was trying not to use them all but failed terribly on this front. Yep not only did I eat my daily points I ate bonus and tapped into activity points so this week I have to make better choices for sure.
I did get in lots of water and cut back on herbal tea and even my coffee. Now after all this excitement and revelations I faced the scale and was very surprise to see a loss. I guess playing tag and hula hooping paid off and burned those extra calories but I’m so not eating that way this week again regardless.
